Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping:
- Orders below $49: A shipping and handling fee of $4.90 applies.
- Orders above $49: Free standard shipping.
- Currently, we offer standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France. We are in the process of expanding our shipping destinations to other countries.
ORDERING INFORMATION
- All orders are processed and shipped from our central distribution centers.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.
- We currently ship to only one address per order.
- Ensure all shipping details are accurate for timely delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Processing Time: Orders take 2 business days to process once received. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery Time: Allow 5-13 business days for shipping once the order is processed.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during special promotions may require additional processing time.
- Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
